I feel indignant… 真的很不值得！
Late last year, I got a new job scope ~ handling website, my current partner started hers early this year. At the same time, I also help covering for circulation and training.
Whenever new details need to be added to the pages, I’m the one to handle. Whenever there are new projects, I will surely be the one in charge cos the email from boss stated very clearly that I’m the full-time web staff. Whenever boss discovers errors on web, I got it. I have been very stressful recently. Sometimes, I wonder what is my partner doing… as boss said she is doing part-time for web. Acquisitions are handled by another staff.
Just few weeks ago, I saw a printout with my partner’s name. She is recommended for promotion. Why is that what I contribute to the department is not been recognized? Not even a little appreciation… Those who know boss will definitely know what I mean. Sigh...
Is it a closing door for me already?
