Singapore! Happy Birthday!

Our company celebrated National Day yesterday. They organised and encouraged all staff to attend a leisure walk to the HortPark via the Alexandra Arch.

Dan managed to search some photos in flickr.com which are taken by different users. Do visit her blog.

HortPark is a new one-stop gardening hub. After the walk, I was already very exhausted... so I didn't really explore the place well. But the whole area is green, quiet and peaceful, suitable for wedding shoots, company events and gatherings. I will visit there again when Dearie receovers from chicken pox.

My little toe is still hurting and got two blisters because I was wearing slippers. Haha! Never intend to take this leisure walk in the first place but because by the time Dan and I went down to assemble, all of the staff were doing the mass workout, preparing for the walk. It seemed rather fun so eventually we joined in the walk.

At night, we had our company annual function at the Singapore Flyer. My mum was with me yesterday! :) I shall share more about this visit on my next entry cos I didn't bring the photos. The entry will look much better with photos. Hee!
