Preparations for Chalet

Just few more days to Chalet (9 Sep)... we actually took nearly a month to organise, firm and prepare for this Chalet. It was really not easy, especially to gather everyone on this day. Besides, we had to take into considerations on stuffs like the price rate for booking of chalets, the locations, the types and amount of food, the games and the items to bring. I am in charge of contacting our friends and preparing the food with Dan. Joline and Clara help in buying BBQ items. "Bro" Jun helps us to carry stuffs to Chalet. Alex helps to plan games for entertainment.
It's so disappointing... when the day is near, I received sms from one or two friends... "Sorry, I can't make it on this day... blah... blah..." Well, kinda of expected... it will never be full attendance. Our group isn't a big gang, there are only eleven of us. I would really appreciate if everyone can attend the next one. I'm really looking forward for this Chalet. The previous one I didn't get to enjoy cos I was sick then. This Chalet is a only 2 days 1 night so time is short and all should really enjoy and just have fun!! ;)
